CATEGORIES OF DATA, PURPOSE OF PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS AND RETENTION PERIOD

Navigation of the website

Purpose: to enable web browsing; to perform aggregate statistical analysis aimed at measuring the proper functioning of this website and, in case of computer crimes, to ascertain any liability.
Categories of data: IP addresses, domain names, URIs.
Legal basis: the need to provide the services necessary to enable navigation on this website and our legitimate interest to ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and to ascertain computer crimes (also based on the existence of a legal obligation).
Retention period: 30 days, unless the law and the provisions of Public Authorities provide otherwise for the ascertainment of cybercrimes.

Information request

Purpose: to respond to your request following completion of the appropriate form on our website or to contact you when you request information at events and exhibitions where Pardo Yachts is present. In this second case, the data may also be used to manage the potential sales process, also through third parties (dealers) through which Cantiere del Pardo distributes its boats.
Categories of data: data requested in the contact form and contained in the request for information.
Legal basis: execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Retention period: the time required to process your request.

Sending of commercial communications

Purpose: to send you commercial communications relating to Pardo Yachts via e-mail, SMS, telephone and traditional paper mail and to carry out market research in order to assess your level of satisfaction with the products/services offered.
Categories of data: name, surname, your e-mail address, telephone number, domicile/residence address.
Legal basis: Your consent. If you wish to revoke it, you can do so at any time by clicking on the link contained in the footer of our communications or by writing to us at privacy@cantieredelpardo.com.
Retention period: Until you revoke your consent.

Profiling

Purpose: to send you marketing communications tailored to your interests, requests and interactions with us; we may also develop products and services in line with your preferences.
Categories of data: data regarding the ‘Pardo Yachts’ boats you have purchased or for which you have requested information, your country of origin, your personal data, your interactions with us through our website, through the Apps - which may be developed by us or by third parties - and through our social channels. In addition, your profile may be enriched with information lawfully acquired from third parties and made available to Cantiere del Pardo.
Legal basis: Your consent, which you may revoke at any time by writing to privacy@cantieredelpardo.com or by clicking on the link at the bottom of the communications.
Retention period: Five years from the date of collection.

Book an appointment

Purpose: enable you to book an appointment at fairs and events attended by Pardo Yachts.
Categories of data: the data requested in the dedicated online form. The data marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
Legal basis: the data processing is based on the fulfilment of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request.
Retention period: the data will be retained for the time required to process your request.
Communication of data: for the sale of our boats, we rely on a network of specialised retailers (dealer). Therefore,if during your appointment request you have also communicated your intention to purchase a specific boat, we may need to share your data with our dealers, who act as independent data controllers.

Find a Dealer

Purpose: put you in touch with our retailers (dealers) through whom we sell our boats. Categories of data: tthe data requested in the dedicated online form. The data marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
Legal basis: the data processing is based on the fulfilment of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request.
Retention period: the data will be retained for the time required to process your request
Communication of data: for the sale of our boats, we rely on a network of specialised retailers (dealer), to whom we may need to communicate your data if you have requested to be put in contact with one of them. The dealer act as independent data controllers.

COMMUNICATION AND TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA

Your data is not disclosed. In order to fulfil the purposes stated in this policy, we may communicate the data collected to the staff and suppliers of Cantiere del Pardo (e.g. service providers, IT platforms or consultants). Furthermore, if necessary and if required by law, your data will be disclosed to public authorities at their request.
For specific purposes indicated in this information notice, with the aim of following up on requests made by you, your data may be communicated to dealers that Cantiere del Pardo uses to finalise the sale of its boats.
Your data may be transferred outside the EU; however, this will always be done in compliance with the provisions of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (‘GDPR’): in particular, data will be transferred only after signing the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission with decision n.2021/914/EU or to countries able to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data and therefore recipients of an Adequacy Decision adopted by the EU Commission.

• RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE CONSENT: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on it.
